HOE - Cancelled
The IBF's participation in the DNR's Hoosier Outdoor Experience has been CANCELLED!
Sadly enough, even though we are the largest organization in the state of Indiana, we can't get enough members to volunteer a small amount of time to help the DNR (and possible our future memebrship). All they are trying to do is educate the public on what the outdoors has to offer them in this state.
Shame on us. As of this email, we only had six volunteers (including me) when we needed 25-30 by now!
I would like to thank Eldon Crabtree, Ken Bortlien, and Stan Knies for volunteering. Also to Isaac Hartsburg and Kyle Seljan, two junior anglers, for volunteering.
I know times are tuff, but thats when good people should step-up and shine the most.
