The fourth event for the Indiana Bass Federation Junior Invitational Trail was held at Tanners Creek on the Ohio River. The morning welcomed the junior anglers with very enjoyable weather conditions. The toughest part though was the "fish catching" conditions. A cold front had just past through and it made it very tough.
I congratulate all of the anglers for showing up and giving it their best. Out of fourteen anglers, only one brought fish to the scales, but what a bag it was, a limit of 5 smallmouth bass. Here are the results for the third event.

The only junior to qualify for the 2007 I.B.F. Junior Fish-Off from this tournament was Jacob Wheeler in the 15-18 age group.

The final event of the Junior Trail is the Fish-Off, scheduled for August 18th at Glenn Flint Lake. The top junior angler in each of the three age groups from the four qualifying tournaments was invited to fish this tournament. They are; Kevin Kretsch, Chris Kaiser, Jacob Wheeler, Tyler Pendygraft, Blake Castle, and Spencer Branum. This tournament will determine who will be our "2007 IBF Junior State Champion" and who gets to go onto the 2008 National Guard Junior World Championship held next summer in South Carolina in conjunction with the FLW Championship.
